Meet Leah, Founder of The Unspoken Cycle

Leah Vaughn has a passion for life that radiates every room she walks in to. Despite many adversities, she has been an overcomer for most of her life. Her mission has always been to be a support system for other women who have experienced trauma and hardship. She believes that her purpose is to help others embrace the profound cycles of life while also paying forward the valuable lessons that she’s learned along way.

Leah is a survivor. Domestic violence, sexual assault and cancer are among traumatic events she has endured along with others such as homelessness, divorce, secondary infertility and navigating grief.

Leah’s testimony serves as an important foundation in what she does personally and professionally. In sharing her stories with other women, Leah has found that the difficult circumstances we experience often go unspoken, swept under the rug and pushed aside as hurts and complicated emotions are not easily embraced.

Leah founded The Unspoken Cycle as a safe place, a community where women of all ages and stages in life can reach out, connect, find resources, solace, comfort and support in their journeys. All too often WE feel unheard and unseen, yet we are not alone in our struggles and deserve the camaraderie that is offered in this community. We deserve to be valued, supported, praised and respected for the incredibly fierce females we are!

From puberty to menopause, from relational gains to losses, from hormonal imbalances to infertility, from ambitious careerwomen to stay at home mamas and all things in-between, let’s share with each other and find our powerful female within!

Leah is a Master Life Coach with over 5 niche certifications who specializes in trauma healing and mental health. She is currently expanding her practice through advanced training in Gestalt methodology and equine-facilitated healing, working toward certification as a Gestaltist, Equine Gestaltist and Licensed Equine Facilitator.
